Silver-Custom Coaching

Customized, Coach Supported – $175/month** 

When you are moving beyond just static or AI generated generated programs and are looking for a great program to prepare you for you next major goal or race then this plan is the ideal choice. This plan puts a real coach in charge of your plan and direct communication at your fingertips. For most athletes we put more than 10 hours a week into our training. Whit this level of commitment why would we trust our development pathway to anything other than a real person.

The primary difference in a plan of this level vs our other plans is in the level of data analysis and communication with you as an athlete. What most coaches will not tell you that it takes almost the same time to write an advanced elite plan as an age group beginner plan. Where the difference comes is in the time it takes to analyze data and to adjust plans based on this data in order to get your plan perfect. On this plan we keep an regular eye on your performance gains and ensure you stay on track for your goals. While our level of tracking, data analysis and feedback is lower than with our Platinum and Gold plans your coach is still regularly available when you need then to ensure you get the best possible results

Due to the level of skill and experience that our coaching team has this level of plan would be equivalent to many coaching companies mid level custom plans.  This represents exceptional value for money and an unparalleled custom coaching experience. Our coaching team is world class with coaching experience spanning over the last 30 years and more than 20years of experience working with international world class elite athletes.


->>> Individually customized weekly coaching program, including detailed session plans, accurate training intensity data with regular data and metrics tracking by your coach.

->>> Periodized training plans that include Base, Strength, Strength Endurance, Speed Endurance, Speed/Race Specifics and Taper Period across intricately developed Swim, Bike, Run and Strength Sessions.

->>> Yearly Long-Term Planning (ATP) – This builds the ideal training structure around your key races and long term goals to ensure you have the fastest rate of improvement possible.

->>> Video analysis sessions every 6 months to assess bio-mechanical and form changes on both the cycle and run.

->>> Access to most of our athlete educational resources. Including training calculators, training zone work sheets, and our performance webinar library. 

->>> Training Peaks account (Basic) – Premium is available if required for an additional $9 per month or through discussions around personal needs with your coach.

->>> 6 monthly testing and progress reports. This included in depth data analysis via WKO5 in conjunction with your coach.
